REPOSTING OF DELETED MANAGEMENT COMMENT - a MUST read!

MANAGEMENT -
I read in a previous comment that I was being selective and had deleted one of your posts – you are correct. I most humbly apologize. In retrospect, I should have left it online for all others to see firsthand the level of “intelligence” and “professionalism” that presumably exudes from Teamstaff management.

Luckily, I saved it. Is this the one you refer to?  I am reposting it in its entirety below so that you get full credit for your comment on our blog. I also wanted OSHA to realize the “quality management team” that the employees work for, so they have it in their records as well. I’m sure they were exceedingly impressed by the use of words and the crystal clear message of intimidation and condescension intended for the employees that are simply seeking truth, awareness and compliance of the OSH Act.

And not that it will make much difference, but upper level management will also receive this literary masterpiece as well.

In the future, we hope you will feel free to comment as much as you please on our blog. If these are truly your comments. they only solidify our beliefs.

HERE is the previously deleted comment, VERBATIM:

"Wow. I knew that I had worked with some idiots but this shit takes the cake. What a joke. If you hate your job so much quit and stop bitching. And if you need someone to talk to about it then go to a fucking therapist, not an online blog site where the shit is anonymous. If you have time to do this then you definitely have way too much time on your hands. It's common sense that if you get pill dust on your skin or in your eyes to fucking wash that area! That's what eye wash stations and sinks are for you fucking idiots. And if you're so damn paranoid about it, then wear a fucking bird flu mask and gloves. You all act like we're working in fucking Chernobyl or Fukushima. We're throwing fucking sealed bottles into envelopes and boxes. Not eating the motherfuckers. Wooo, I just want to slap a hoe."

Nice.     Real nice.

  1. Hmmmmmmm. This sounds like the great miss Holly Summar herswlf! I don't know who is hated more. Holly or Connie...and it's so funny now that holly has gotten her little promotion she's stuck up connies butt, but Holly was the one that made up the name "Conrad" because she said connie looked like a man. 2 faced??? But yes. Totally her..hahaha

  4. Comment was out of line but an anonymous guessing who the anonymous post was (first post)? Funny stuff!! Keep it coming.

  5. Holly didn't make up the name "Conrad", for the record. I did. I take pride in that and the "forest fire". i worked there for too long and put up with way too much to let someone else take credit. that is all.

  6. This is Jackie Brown. I've worked at cmop for almost five years. I would put every last dime in my account that it is Holly Summar. This was the post that was left after someone wrote about her brother (dusty). She further proves herself in the last mngmt comment bringing up that "someone deleted the previous comments"...which she would have no way of knowing because they were deleted immediately by my mother. Either way, if it isn't her I don't know who it would be. I highly doubt connie would use that language even anonymously, but I have been around holly long enough to know that talk can come very fluently. And honestly, if people don't agree with the post they usually just don't care and don't visit it, they don't get upset and bash. Pretty clear to me :)

  7. HOLLY: we don't hate our job, we want it to be safe and to not be lied to. We are not "effing idiots".

  8. Well this "idiot" knows enough to know that this is a public site and everyone's comments could be tracked. I think that threat and the grade school name calling by someone in authority would hold up in court. Surely nobody would take it that far but apparently the genius that made that comment should look at their own actions before calling others idiots.
On another note, if wanting to be informed and protected by law makes us idiots than I would love to know what that makes the people that are rushing

  13. THIS BLOG IS FOR PEOPLE THAT ARE FED UP OF TEAMSTAFFS CRAP IF MNGMT DOESN'T LIKE IT THEY SHOULD PICK UP THE CONSTITUTION AND READ THE PART ABOUT FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

  14. We are all human. I don't think asking to be treated like humans would be asking too much. I have NEVER worked in a place that treated people as if they were disposable. Well, I chose to leave, and haven't looked back. I would rather work emptying port-o-potties.

  15. Hey all... I generally keep mostly to my self and mind my own business, but I'm gonna throw my 2 cents in. Pretty well every job comes with its negatives. The fact is, the packing line has a pretty high turnover rate; people are unhappy there all the time. Things are the way they are. And the way I see it, if you don't like who you work for, either go somewhere where you do like who you work for, or do what it takes to make yourself the one you work for. I don't really look at packing as a long term career. But, at over $13/hr, it's a good temporary job while you go to school. Though I am highly agitated at the language of the management post, she is right: if you fear for your safety, perhaps go with the gloves and a mask. But if a good vent is what you need, a blogspot is a good place for it.

  16. This is in reponse to the comment above, and all the other comments that suggest that people should just find another job. I wish it was as simple as just finding a new job. In an ideal economy that would be more of a option, but since we don't live in a ideal economy where it is easy to find a new job, just up and quitting is NOT an option. Also, I find it unfathomable that suggesting that someone find a new job would be offered as the solution to the problem. In my eyes the only solution is that management does what's REQUIRED of them and provide a safe and healthy work enviroment. Lastly, I think everyone deserves to be treated with dignity and respect, and if management followed this simple logic we would not be having this conversation. #TeamJackie

  17. Its nice to know that some people are willing to risk their health and respect for their job but I'm not one of them. I completely agree with the above comment. Unfortunately, leaving the job with no effort to push for improvement helps only management. Why should people have to give up their job because the employer is doing wrong? That sounds real fair. How about they just run the company the right way and none of this would be an issue.

  21. it's not only second shift line leaders.don't leave out first shift bosses to many chiefs.

  22. oh yes, Corey on 1st shift is an ass kisser also, but I would have to say Holly takes the cake. So does her maid, Carrie. They are just two faced peons that have millimeter high self esteem issues and think that bashing other people (often times people that have done nothing to them) will make them feel better about themselves. pitiful excuse for "management".
